The official answer is probably something like 1/2 protein, 1/4 whole grain carbohydrates, and 1/4 fruit. Personally, I'm already waking up at 5am so I can get a run in, so I don't have time to do something like that and I can't eat right before a run. I go for a protein shake around 6:30 then some veggies and cottage cheese at 10.

Anything that you feel holds enough nutritional value to help your body get started for your day, and that you feel comfortable eating.
Eating can be hard, so breakfast for me sometimes looks like an orange and some black or green tea, or a piece of toast with peanut butter (good for protein) and honey, and a glass of water.

The breakfast is a particularly important moment of the day for me. A healthy breakfast to me is one not necessarily rich in nutrients but rather rich in care and love you placed while making it to start a wonderful day

I would recommend starting with something simple and light if you are not used to eating in the morning like for example, an apple, banna any fruit can be a great way to start your day with a glass of water

Whole, unprocessed foods. You can make waffles with whole wheat bread and substitute syrup for honey, or even just get 100% pure maple syrup

I think something that’s going to give you the energy to start the day as well as take care of your body by giving it the nutrients it needs to wake up and go!

A healthy breakfast contains slow sugar carbohydrates and protein content to energize you in the morning and keep you stomach fulfilled for a long time. Examples might be: hardboiled eggs, oatmeal with fruits and grains etc. However, it is not fast sugar foods that energize you for a short while and makes you feel even more tired, such as pancakes and muffins.
