What’s the thing/thought that helps you most when (if that’s the case sometimes) you’re feeling like you aren’t living for yourself but more because of the people around you (family, friends etc.)?

I always think: “If I am not happy about myself/my life, how I can help for people around me to be happy”. So first, I take care myself. And then – the others ♥️
