To make sure I wake early each morning I schedule a fun morning routine with delicious breakfast, I put water next to me to drink it first in the morning and I allow sun light access in the room
Going to bed at the same time every night. Having a routine of when you wake up and when you go to bed will com natural even if you fall off the bandwagon. If you have regular schedule that you follow every day of when you wake up and when you go to bed your body will naturally get tired and awake at the same time everyday. Even if throughout your entire day you do something different and are unpredictable if your sleeping habits stay consistent you will wake up and go to bed at the same time every day.
