Yoga. I do it shortly after I wake up in the morning, around 10 A.M. Starting the day with exercise gets my body moving and active so I'm less likely to sit around and do nothing all day.
I run or walk or jog every morning—whatever I’m capable of. I normally do it around 9 am, or earlier if I’m trying to beat the heat. Nike Run Club has helped me a ton with organizing what I’m doing.
