Exercise is a way to strengthen your body, lose weight and increase your metabolism. So as a beginner you are definitely more than welcome to start off with easier exercises. You can start off with 25 jumping jack then 10 push-ups, 20 sit-ups, 20 crunches, 20 tricep dips and some stretching. But of course as you get better at the workout, the numbers should be increased and maybe even try some new exercises and eventually you can move on to a hard workout. But this will take time, don't go too hard on yourself, Stay healthy and gorgeous
