Hi! I could recommend putting some yogurt with granola on top in a few little containers for easy on the go breakfast. You could also hard boil some eggs if you wanted a egg based meal. Also cutting up fruit for a fruit salad. Hope this helped! 🙂

French toast as it lasts in the fridge (eggs and bread) is cheap, I can soak the eggs overnight and it is quick to cook in the morning.

Breakfast burritos. You can prep a bunch of them, throw them in the freezer, and heat them up as you need them. Smoothies are also super easy and require very little prep.

Low sugar instant oatmeal is a perfect on the go solution. Put it in a microwave safe container with lid. Add water and microwave it in the morning. Rinse a few berries, toss them in, and pop the lid on and eat it when it's convenient!

I've been doing overnight oats. The biggest thing I had to figure out was adding vanilla for flavor and adding things like almonds, chia seeds, and unsweetened coconut to add texture (and fiber, and flavor).

Hard boiled eggs are good for any time of the day. I slice them and put then on breakfast sandwiches or on top of a salaad

Overnight oats are my favorite! I can prep breakfast for the whole week in 5 mins!
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
Pinch of salt
Cover with milk
Add any fruit/nuts/peanut butter
Put in fridge overnight & enjoy!

You can always stock up on fruits and mixed nuts Sundays. Even if you dont have time in the morning you can just grab one and head out.
