What type of exercise do you find best to do in the morning?

I prefer to do a simple workout or even just a stretch. I find a hard workout in the morning even harder than if it’s done when I’m fully energised, in the afternoon.

The only way I am actually willing to exercise is through dancing, so I do that (it's nothing new though, been doing that for years already) ☺️
