When journaling, consider writing about your feelings, reflections on your day, and insights gained from your experiences. You can also explore your goals in more depth by breaking them down into actionable steps or jotting down what you’re grateful for. This practice not only helps clarify your thoughts but also reinforces positive habits and meaningful daily rituals that guide you toward your aspirations. Remember, journaling is a personal journey, so find what resonates with you!

Often I’m writing out my feelings. It’s a rundown of my day, but reflecting on the good and bad. I try to find things to be grateful for, and I work through tough things, like a fight with my husband — why he might have said/done something and why it sparked the feelings for me that it did. Or interactions with coworkers. Sometimes the not-so-nice thoughts get dumped onto paper, too!
