I meditate twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening before bed. Both work well for me. They ease me in and out of my day.
I like to mediate in the morning. I feel it's a great way to start the day feeling energized and more mindful. I also like to meditate at night before bed for a peaceful night sleep.
At night or right before bed is perfect for me. Because I can review the day and appreciate all that happened so I end my day with gratitude. I usually wake up late and rush out so mornings are difficult to get in a mindful session. However I have recently been consistent with afternoon meditations.
I do breathing practice every day I rise and every night I’m about to go to sleep, but I found it most useful when you practice meditation in every day’s chores.
