What time do you prefer to work out? Morning, evening, before or after breakfast, anywhere in between?
I usually do 10(ish) minutes of yoga or some stretches in the morning (if I'm rushing!), nothing in the workday, and maybe a run or 20 minutes of pilates in the evening. Although I'm not very good at being consistent!
