CommunityExerciseHow do we deal with knee pain? Some days I think it’s arthritis, other days it just seems the joint is over used. How do I tell one from another? I thought I had former in the past because it would rear its ugly head quite soon and comes and goes with the season. And I’d take breaks from exercise in order not to exacerbate things. Nowadays I hardly feel that debilitating pain and will notice a stiffness sometimes if it gets overdone

I usually rub tiger balm, bengay or some other rubs in order to cure this. Either that or I lay in bed for a solid 5 minutes which is enough for my knees to feel slightly better. If it's very painful, I try to take a small nap
