What are some of your quick go-to healthy breakfast options?

Muffins/cupcakes are actually a really good go-to breakfast, sandwiches too. Or breakfast quesadillas, I love breakfast quesadillas. Just prepare everything a night before and you're ready to go in the morning

I normally have toast with Nutella or peanut butter (I also know that apple butter is a great alternative) then I put a banana on top or just eat it after.

I love making a smoothie because you can just throw everything in. I normally add a little peanut butter, spinach, or granola to make it more filling. I adore overnight oats! There are so many combinations to make and you can pick it up right out of the fridge because it’s “cooking” overnight!
