Most of the time, I meditate in either in the morning or before bed. I do this so I can either start the day on a positive note or end it realizing how precious life is. I like to do it both times a day, but if I can’t do it two times a day, I just mix it up between the two.
First thing in the morning! It's the time in the day where my mind has the most space for me to work on it, it allows for less sleepiness, more focus, and longer sittings (when time allows, of course)
