What sorts of things do you write in your journal about? I know this is quite personal, but I’m just curious as I don’t want to miss out on an opportunity to write about something else!

I write about my sense of self, how present I am and then try to become more present immediately and then just write down everything my conscious mind tries to tell me.

So, I write a portion in the moment, where I reflect where I want my life to go or any random thoughts.

In the evening I first write three things that I’m grateful for.
Then I just blabber about anything significant that happened that day or anything that’s on my mind.
