i have my personal flow and i love it. it starts with down dog, followed by warrior pose, snake and child's pose. then i go with che cat cow pose and shavasana for relaxation.

I love reclining goddess where I grab one wrist over my head then the other. I also could stay forever in that through the loop stretch …lay on your back and put right ankle on left knee. Grab left thigh and pull towards you using your right to now to gently push on the right knee. Yes! Hip open!

While in a crawl position, lower your buttock a little towards your feet to get in a lower position as shown.
Next, with a hand behind your back, rotate your body and your head to the side, then return.
QUADRUPED LAT STRETCH
Start in a crawl position. Reach across the floor to the side with one arm and lean forward and to the side for a stretch to your shoulder/back.
CHILD POSE – PRAYER STRETCH – LATERAL
While on your hand and knees in a crawl position, slowly lower your buttocks towards your feet. Also, lower your chest towards the floor as you reach out towards the side.
