Personally, I do. The poses get easier very quickly, whereas if you do it less often, they remain almost as difficult as the first time.
Honestly yes but only if you can find the time. It helps you to focus and gain strength over time. It also helps your mental state because it gives you time to breathe. Daily practice can help, but also don’t force it or rush it. It’s supposed to be a time of relaxation and meditation. So if you can’t do it everyday then that’s fine, but try and find time every once in a while to do it.
