What kinds of exercise do you do in the morning?

The workouts I typically do in the mornings are ab workouts that target specifically my core and get me to start slowly defining my abs. After or before these workouts I like to stretch or have a yoga session. I also like to do cardio but depends on what makes the most senses and I usually like sticking with an workouts. I have been doing 20-30 total minutes of an workouts put together and try to push myself to stick with that.
