what kind of stretching excercises would you reccomend?

I honestly think that stretching your back is one of the most important things, but also legs and shoulders require some stretching!

As a beginner. I am just intuitive stretching. For instance I have lots of tension in my neck and shoulders. So I stretch them first thing in the morning. And before bed. And throughout the day if I remember to.

Do two stretches each 30 seconds long. I recommend doing a stretch on your right side and then on your left and it you want to do more than do more different ones.
