This is a very difficult question to answer, even for an expert. Yet it is also very simple to answer, for each individual. Do not be afraid of overworking or exhausting your body. Just listen to your limits (pain) and respect it.
Generally speaking, low intensity workouts and stretching can be done every day without issue or even multiple times (consider a yoga instructor for example). Strengthening workouts can also be done every day when targeting different muscle groups (look up “split gym routine”).
The most important thing in all cases is working up to that level. Start small. Start simple. Look to exceed your capabilities and push for growth, sure, but limit that push to about 5% to avoid injury. To be clear: don’t push more than 5% past your last workout at any time. That includes your first few workouts 😉
You’ll get there!

In my opinion yoga incorporates all that you mentioned. I find its awesome for my physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. It makes me aware of what's going on internally that can effect my physical. Hope this helps.

I usually work out two time per week the part of my body I want stonger, it is my arms then 1 time per week legs and then a whole rutine for the body. Also it is good to keep a good circulation in your body to walk at least 30 min every day. It is working really good on me . Good luck

Hi, I start with something light, something that my body can afford, then I start with two sessions per day (one at morning and another at night) and with a functional class with a personal trainer, so everything is a development; another thing you can do to start is a Yoga class, there's so many apps that can help you with both things.
