What kind of excercise do you prefer?

I usually prefer 7 minute workout because it help me to follow the routine even on the days when I don't want to . But otherwise I do full body workout from fabulous 's guided activities. And on days , when I'm super duper late and just on the way to skip the exercise , 1 minute stretching is all I need to make me happy ๐Ÿ˜Š
