What kind of 10min at home workouts that can be done in the morning?

I prefer doing 5min of yoga or a simple streching. It is enough to make me refreshed after sleep. And I think this amount of time is affordable for everyone regardless how hurried you are.

i truly recommend doing fitness marshal videos on youtube. you can to the heavy sweat ones, and do like 3-5. i truly love those videos. i don’t have the membership and i just watch the free videos, i absolutley love it!!!

For me I like to do lunges to focus on my glutes and get my legs ready for the day. I also like doing sit ups and exercises focusing on my core. Jumping jacks are good too to get the blood flowing, and even burpees but I don’t really enjoy those.
