How do you get into the habit (really, really. No jokes. For sure.) Of maintaining a good excercise routine?

Leave excuses behind and exercise. It's ok to do easier exercises wen i'm feeling weak and still doing some exercise instead of skipping it.

To be honest, I will do quick little exercises in the mirror to feel good or small 5-minute workouts to get my exercise habit done for the day. I might even be bad enough to postpone the exercise till later lol!
