I have scrambled egg or reduced sugar beans on seeded toast or overnight oats with almond milk and cookie flavour protein powder. In the morning I add frozen raspberries or blueberries to my oats 😋

Scrambled eggs with veggies like mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers – sometimes spinach if I have it. And if I have extra time to make them, I’ll occasionally add a side of sautéed potatoes and onions. If I’m extra hungry I’ll add a piece of avocado toast or a banana with a little bit of peanut butter.
