What is your favourite breakfast food that keeps you energised for the day or really uplifts your mood?

Well to be honest, we all know that a breakfast is something that you can't skip throughout the day or else you will feel tired and out of energy as soon as you start doing your daily activities.
My go-to breakfast meal always contains eggs, I can't complete the day without having eggs, whether it's fried or scrambled or even burnt :>.
I always try to enjoy that specific meal as much as possible so I don't have a chance to skip it, so I'm always ready to try different food types to enjoy, sometimes I add more ingredients to that scrambled eggs plate such as sliced tomatoes or onion and herbs or even potato slices. If I'm not in the mood I would have a cereal bowl or a cup of green tea which is my favorite, and I always try avoiding sugar stuff to feel more energetic and ready for the day. I'm also not a big fan of coffee but if you prefer having a hot cup of coffee in the morning so why not, but I recommend having a side meal with the coffee, it's like charging your energy and preparing your body for the day with a whole meal instead of some liquid on an empty stomach.
If you're not into having breakfast or you tend to be busy that you don't have enough time, I highly recommend having a little bottle of water and try to drink the whole bottle, grab a little one like a 250ml one, it's easier to grab and drink.
