A basic back stretch. It helps me feel less tense and less like a log in the morning

I received a stretch band from my PT months ago, and hung it on my wall. Because of the issues I have with my legs, my favorite stretch is taking that band, placing it on one foot while lying on my back, and stretching that leg to the opposite side, then repeating for the other leg. My IT bands are horrendous, so this gives them a little morning stretch after having slept all night.
