I don’t really know if I have a “healthy” or super routine breakfast but usually I’ll just have a bit of yogurt, an apple or banana, a glass of water and sometimes a bit more. If I’m not super tired when I wake up, I’ll make pancakes!
i honestly dont think i found it yet bc pancakes/waffles make me sleepy & cereal doesn’t do much. so im pretty much still finding out works for me.
Oatmeal with sliced banana, nuts and dried cranberries, honey and almond or soja milk. Trust me you gonna feel that boost and be on rocket fire to start your day 🚀
Well to be honest I don’t eat in the morning during the weekdays. During the weekend I do cause me and my boyfriend have it together either at home or out. I’m hoping by using this app I will get to a point where I get up early and eat in the morning noon and night. I don’t work cause of my illness and I’ve been trying to get back to the gym. Which has been going well for a month.
For me it’s yoghurt with granola and diced mango. But! If you like eggs, you can microwave them! My roommate does all the time using a mug. Good for breakfast burritos, sandwiches, or toast and doesn’t take nearly as much time or clean up energy.
The best breakfast for me is Outmeal! I just love it!♡ It’s not only yummy, also it’s really healthy for someone like me who’s still growing!
Before breakfast, I spend at least the first hour of my day drinking liquids, which is huge if you want level energy all day, water and matcha green tea by purechimp. Then I like to cook some oats. It’s kind of a medium effort thing, but I use the quiet time to relax. Find some steel cut oats, your fav milk mixed with water, cinnamon and nutmeg, small handful of crushed walnuts or something crunchy that goes well with oats, dried cranberries, half a banana sliced up, 1 Tbsp of agave sweetener, and if it’s going to be a long day until lunch you can add powdered supplements that could go well with it, like my veggie protein mix. It’s a great way to start the day.
Hello my names Hannah my favorite breakfast has to be vanilla yogurt with granola and strawberry’s or blue berrys. If that is to expensive then get the brand bear granola with dried strawberries a
