What is the most difficult in exercising for you and how you deal with it?

the difficult part for me is to actually start exercising: I always tell myself "i'll do it later", "i had a hard day, i deserve staying in bed", "i need a bit of realx" and so on.
I just set an alarm everyday to exercise and I tell myself I can't snooze it or else I cannot watch a movie tonight, or I cant go put with my friends tomorrow…
