Any idea how to exercise right in the morning? I have trouble waking up in the morning and I usually laze around until noon then I do workout. Since I do it in my room and don’t use any equipment, also it just 7 minutes workout so I don’t use shoes either. Thank you.

I like to do yoga first thing in the morning. Depending on what your goal is, yoga will probably help with the right poses and just doing it for like five minutes can be beneficial. Hope this helps! :))
