It depends on how hard I’ve worked out and when. I used to find running in the morning made more sluggish but Pilates makes me less sluggish

When my muscles are sore, I am a little more sluggish throughout the day. But here’s what I do. I hydrate and take a nap. Once I get up from that nap, I’m filled with energy once again.
