Make a playlist with your favorite songs and eventual time you go for a run put your headphones and enjoy the music without thinking too much about The physical effort

Have a reasons as to why you are running. Increase performance endurance or simply you want to better and challenge yourself. I find that challenging myself always keeps me consistent and I want to run or exercise because I know what I am aiming for and therefore becomes a habit of self challenging.
