Overnight oats the way to prepare this you do it before you go to bed because wake you wake up you just only have to add fruit to it and it can be a ready to go breakfast as well

Overnight oat. It's fast and easy to prepare. Just put a cup of instant oat or rolled oat to a container, I usually use a small bowl that has a top cover. Add some honey, almond, dried fruits or anything you're up to. And just cook it up for about 3 or 4 minutes in the morning before you eat it.

Spoonful of natural peanut butter with a line of honey. It’s a tasty go-to option for long lasting energy. Add a banana to the mix when available.

I don’t really have a go-to healthy breakfast. I like to variate them, and use the 80/20 rule. 80/20 is when you’re healthy on weekdays and less healthy on weekends and i use that rule specifically with breakfast. my favourite breakfast combination is peanut butter, banana and sometimes cinnamon! for me this combo is timeless and i love it. on weekdays i’ll have it on rice cakes(healthier) and weekends it’ll be a bagel or crumpet. i like to make smoothies every day my favourite combos are:
kiwi, mango and kale
strawberry banana and raspberry
blackberry and banana

Overnight oats is the fastest healthiest breakfast I know of. It takes less than five minutes to prep it the night before and it’s ready to eat when you wake up in the morning.

These are some of my favorite fast and healthy breakfasts:
– zap a Special K breakfast sandwich (it only takes about a minute and has fiber and protein);
– cereal, hot or cold, choose one with protein and fiber. Add nuts or berries as desired. You can also fix oatmeal the night before so you can heat and go;
– toast, topped with peanut butter or cheese, choosing a high fiber bread. Dave’s Killer breads have fiber, chia, etc. and a great chewy texture;
– fix fruits, chia, etc. the night before. Add protein (milk, powder) and make a smoothie;
– when I have time, I make my own breakfast sandwich using a multigrain English muffin like Thomas’;
– prepare something you can grab and go, like a hard boiled egg, piece of cheese or other protein, and some fruit;
– in a pinch, know which fast food chains offer healthy options such as egg white breakfast sandwiches or wraps. Check them out before you go so you’ll know which ones are your best fall back plan.
Enjoy a great breakfast!

Oats. Its the fastest, easiest and can be very versatile. Its got protein so it takes longer to digest, leaving you fuller for longer. You can add fruit or nuts and even honey for a sweet touch.

Definitely soft poached eggs over whole wheat toast! I also like to add hummus on the toast. Takes as long to make as it takes the water to boil.

Fruit! Fruit is your friend. A banana makes an excellent breakfast, especially if you put a thin layer of almond butter on it and sprinkle it with shredded coconut and chia seeds. Yum!
