How can you wake up early enough to have the time you need to accomplish all your morning routine and be ready in time to go to work?

I get up at 5am every day. The mornings were I do not get up at 5am is completely, without question, because I went to bed late and the house is not clean. The whole house does not need to be clean just one room and for me it is the kitchen. After we eat I must clean the kitchen, wipe everything down and at this point I can relax and it puts me in the best position to get ready for bed at the right hour to get my much needed 7 hours of sleep.

I plan ahead. I try to plan the night before either while I’m journaling or heading to bed. Also, I sometimes discuss my set plans to accomplish my routine through prayer and mindfulness. It’s fun once you get the hang of it.
