What is the benefit of meditation during the day? I like to do it to help me sleep, but I never tried during the day.

Meditation during the day gives me inner peace, time for reflection of emotions and thoughts. It fuels my mind with new positive thoughts, energy and focus for the rest of the day. It gives perspective and a chance to escape the hectic and chaos of the day. For me it´s a moment of peace and quit doing a meditation, to recharge my battery.
