What is a high protein breakfast that you eat?

I mostly take tea with fried eggs and sausages. Sometimes, I add a bit of fish or chicken when available. This goes with toast and baked beans.

A cup of homemade oatmeal with soy milk, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, a handful of almonds and usually 1/3 cup of blueberries.
