Here is smthng I’ve realized:
wants originate form knowing the “why”s.
the reason why u don’t wanna give urself a good brkfast is cuz u don’t acknowledge its importance. Which is.. totally ok! Most ppl do it for more than half of their lives. But when u relate the reasons to ur own life, becomes sooo much easier. It doesn’t even have to be positive like “i eat brkfast to fuel my body” . It can be as simple as “I don’t wanna faint in class tdy, my crush’ll see me”. Or a “I wanna energy for that presentation”. Find your reason.. good, bad, frivolous.. it doesn’t matter. What matters is HAVING one.
