If you work out 6 days a week, what muscle groups would you work out? I do back/biceps, chest/triceps, and shoulder/legs, plus abs every session. Each pairing twice a week…would you recommend me something else? And why?

You shouldn’t workout your abdominal muscles every single day they need rest to grow like any muscles group.Personally, I like to split my workout into an upper and lower body 3-4 days a week to make it easier for me.it’s work perfectly fine! You don’t need to workout 6 times a week to see result just make sure that you eating right, fueling your body with the right micronutrients and sleeping and resting enough so that your muscles can grow.
