Stop caring about what people think, like honestly, it really relieves stress and it’s hard to do but when you get in the right mindset, it really helps and you might do some silly things that you might get embarrassed about, but everybody has their own life, so live your life the way you want to and that’s going to make you happier. And also remind yourself that negative feelings are normal and that you’re not alone when you have them and you also don’t want to neglect them, find out what is causing your stress or your depression, Even anxiety.
and you could either take what’s causing it and throw it out the window or you can learn a way around it or you could even grow from it, learn how to deal with it .
