Do you run before of after breakfast? If ‘before’ than how do you address low glucose symptoms? Is ‘after’ than how do you cope with food trying to escape you stomach?

Morris T.
I run before breakfast because it is more healthy for my body since it uses fat as an energy source in the morning. You can also search for intermittent fasting for the benefits. But it is always best to listen your intuition of the body.

I actually don't/can't run right now due to weather (several winter warnings stacked on top of each other, advising people generally not to go outside). I'm sorry that I'm not equipped to answer this question.

I usually eat breakfast after, but I do drink some water before. If I would suffer from low glucose symptoms I would just add a little bit of sugar to my morning drink.
