How do I balance sleep and exercise? Do you have any tips for getting in bed earlier?

Finding ways to incorporate exercise into your daily routine helps check that off the to do list and save time later in the day. To get to bed earlier, I would save some down time before you want to be in bed and I would make sure everything you have to get done is done. Also relax and do activities that make you sleepy so you will be more motivated to get into bed earlier.
