What exercise programs would you recommend to someone who does not like exercising?

Try to find some "exercises" you love to do. Work in a garden or housework, long walking, yoga, stretching, cycling or swimming. I started with 10-minutes yoga in the morning and hard work in the garden every weekend.

Not exactly a program, but give yourself credit for non-traditional exercises. Carrying things around the house, doing dishes, going for walks. Exercise doesn't have to feel organized or something you time.
