I don't have a specific one but I find that I feel really energized when I push myself past my limits occasionally; kinda light, floaty and full of energy. Don't overdo it though!

In the morning I like to go on a run around the block and then later on in the day I hit the treadmill in the gym and those seem to really get the blood pumping. Also a good 20 push ups will do it
