Chia Pudding.
1/4 cup of Chia seeds soaked overnight in 1 1/2 cups 'milk' of your choice. Almond, oat, coconut, a mix or a standard dairy milk.
It makes several servings, so is a time saver!
Flash it up in the morning with some fresh or dried fruits, some nuts & seeds, some yogurt, or a combination! Delicious and super easy!
