When writing in your journal, it’s essential to capture both big and small moments. Reflecting on what videos you watched can help you understand your interests and emotions. Small details matter, as they contribute to your overall self-awareness and growth. Journaling encourages meaningful daily rituals, helping you develop healthy habits and routines that align with your goals. Embrace the small things; they often lead to valuable insights.
