I journal about an array of topics ranging from prompts about my life ( ie. goals, work life balance, interpersonal relationships, pet care) , mental clarity ( anxiety triggers, reoccurring stressors, gratitude) to giving my thoughts on various quotes, tv shows, books etc.
Almost all of it is habit related. These help me untangle or spot issues that often lurk in the backgrounds as a task hinderance. Also it allows me to have a safe space without judgement to explore my thoughts. And as I am quite interested in knowing/ learning/ discovering myself it is a great tool to know who I’m dealing with for the rest of my life.

Whatever is weighing my mind, could be something that happened a month ago and I just realized that it upset me or hurt my feelings. I write about things I do not want to admit because of my ego and everything that I want to heal from.
I helped with being self aware and having a start point on what I need to work on, letting go and really moving on. It helps with forgiving yourself and others.
