What do you have for breakfast? Is there something in particular you love having or inspires you to have a great breakfast? 😁

Jack Y.
I love eating eggs and bread and making it tasty by adding peanut butter and jelly I call it a peanut butter and jelly egg in a basket. My mom says it’s not healthy for me to eat too much egg so I slowed it down a bit.
Martin A.
I have a slice of toast with hummus, cucumber and tomato. What makes it specials is the spices I put on top- cracked pepper, pink salt, sesame seeds, poppyseeds, dried garlic, balsamic vinegar- sometimes even sumac or chili powder too.
Jeppe F.
I like to have something small and quick like fruit Or a granola bar because I don’t be super hungry in the morning and sometimes if I eat too much I get really tired and sleepy so I’ll rather have a small and quick breakfast.
Gustav W.
The best thing to do is have a back up fast breakfast. I personally don’t usually eat before I leave the house (just personal preference/respecting what my body is telling me). BUT: I always pack an apple (cut up, but if you don’t have time you could always leave it whole and pack a knife), and then a couple tablespoons of peanut butter in a separate container. It takes less than five minutes to prepare, and the natural sugars from the apple and healthy fats from the peanut butter keep me satisfied until lunch time! You could always use a banana too if apples aren’t your thing, or a different nut butter (almond’s pretty tasty!) if peanut butter is not your thing. I hope that helps! You can do this!

Since I'm a college student and I have to commute every day to college I tend to have quick and filling breakfasts. I usually have overnight oats (I can prepare de base the night before and in the morning I'll just add different fruits)
Phyllis C.
I usually have gluten free oatmeal with maple syrup, cinnamon, fresh fruit or raisins, and slivered almonds (if I have them). Oh, and coffee. 😊
Rapaz O.
I usually start my day with a huge glass of water , and then I have a cup of hot milk with coffee, a banana oatmeal with cinnamon, and sometimes a Greek yogurt with blueberries.
Delfino P.
I love McCann’s Steel Cut Oats, I make it with organic 2% milk add a touch of honey and some raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. It fills me up and warms me up on cold November mornings! Also gets my “engines”ready for a high intensity elliptical workout at the gym by late morning.
I don’t have much milk at all as it typically has sugars yet, I like oatmeal made with milk and not water.
Andy E.
I usually wake up and have a banana before the gym to give me some easy energy. Then after I get back I make yogurt with granola or an egg with toast and peanut butter.
Artur W.
As long as I have a large glass of milk and fresh fruit in the the fridge, I will make time to eat something with it oatmeal or eggs or something. But if both of my must have are not available I struggle to make my self eat. I almost feel like I go into withdrawals.
Jeppe E.
Anything that has fruit in it I am bound to love. Most recently, I have enjoyed putting frozen fruit in my oats and just today I had avocado on my bagel. Just find something you love to have that is healthy and incorporate it x
Laura Y.
I used to have a bad habit of having sweet carbs for breakfast, but I noticed that having protein such as eggs helps me by giving me energy and I avoid the sugar crash. I try to mix it up every morning and switching how I cook my eggs, this way I don’t get sick of eating them.
Yane N.
So far I've been having raw almonds after I drink water. I try to drink warm water with a pinch of sea salt or Himalayan salt as advice by my naturopath
Vanessa W.
I always have a banana to make sure I'm getting 1 of my 5 a day and vitamins for the day. I try to then have something healthy with it like multigrain Cheerios or if I'm not hungry just make sure I have the banana so.i get the energy I need for the day
Jeppe G.
Not much but better than before which was nothing. I’m mostly having apples and peanut butter or Greek yogurt w/ granola during the week. Weekend scramble eggs or fried egg whites.
Romarigo P.
I usually have two breads and a cup of green tea. I make sure there is always protein and fruit/vegetables/berries included.
Shelly F.
I gravitate towards fiber heavy or protein heavy breakfasts. My go to is oatmeal with froazen fruit and honey but I also like eggs with brown rice and vegis
Sherry Z.
I have 2 scrambled eggs with cheese probably 5 times a week. I use a teasp of olive oil and about an ounce of buttermilk for the calcium. Checking off the boxes. (For some reason I have so much trovke using tbis answer screen. Difficult to fill i a s see at the same time…?) What is the red drop shape for?
Joann Y.
I've been trying to eat more eggs and veggies. I've been cutting up a batch of veggies and making egg bites in the instant pot so I have some for a few days.
Connor O.
I had BelVita cookies at work because I got pressed for time. I love having my special omelette with spinach, goat cheese, garlic, and onion, particularly when I can make it for others.
Zenira F.
I love Quaker Oats – Old Fashioned. It’s really quick and easy to prepare in the microwave and also I think responsible. In case I have extra time or extra temptation, I can be flexible with whatever additional ingredients I desire.
Albert Y.
I love having oatmeal during workdays, I make it in the evening and take with me. During weekends I love having eggs with different vegetables and whole grain toast ^^
Debra C.
I don’t like to spend a lot of time preparing an elaborate breakfast, I prefer to keep it simple – a banana and a couple hard boiled eggs or plain Greek yogurt with some fresh fruit or oatmeal with nuts and fruit. I even have dinner left overs sometimes. My Thai food leftovers taste just as good in the morning 🙂
Boanerges C.
Almost every morning I have oatmeal that I love, and now I'm drinking a plant-based milk then as well. I love it! Maybe not exciting for others… But I love it!
Joanne A.
I like making toast with strawberries, almond butter, and chia seeds. It makes me feel good after eating it, and I start the day with a healthy mindset.
Valdemar E.
Yes! I went from vegan to vegetarian because I love eggs. So in the morning I have sunny side up eggs on avocado on toast. Add some salt and pepper and it’s amazingly tasty!!
Cl A Q.
I keep it pretty simple. Either a piece of toast with peanut butter and apple slices, or yogurt and granola. Sometimes I’ll make a smoothie the night before and have that ready to have with my toast instead of an apple. I try to avoid coffee first thing in the morning (although I’ll often treat myself to one mid-day), and I have a cup of orange pekoe tea with almond milk every morning with breakfast
Matthieu Y.
A mixture of vegetables, usually of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots (orange and yellow). That covers half my plate or the bottom half of my bowl. The other half of my plate (or top half of my bowl is separated and filled with baked beans and grains (usually quinoa pasta. Sometimes mashed potatoes are added to the vegetables mix.
Kyle A.
I have started eating oatmeal for breakfast. It is important to add flavor such as cinnamon or fruit, or else it may not taste very good. I have been using the pre-made packets but will begin adding fruit and cinnamon to oats. I look forward to eating it in the morning 😁
Josefine X.
Well I like to start with a protein shake, and I usually like to have something I remember having as a child, like eggs Benedict, waffles and bacon etc.
Theo X.
I eat anything high protein mostly fried eggs (without the yolk cause it’s yucky). I add in fiber time to time and I almost always have an apple with my meal. Since I wake up early to start my day I have a lot of free time. Spending that time in the morning while everyone is fast asleep and I just hear the ask right sounds of my egg crackling due to the heat penetrating it’s moist skin is so satisfying. I love the feeling. It bring me such peace and happiness.
Jessica E.
Still struggling with the breakfast thing, but have managed porridge and Cheerios so far. Planning is pot at the moment, if I plan meals then they get prepped and eaten. My little boy never misses breakfast and I should take some inspiration from his energy.
Deborah S.
I ate:
Oatmeal with cherry slices, mango slices, and cashews,
three cheese and butter sandwiches,
two eggs and one pill of multivitamins.
Louison C.
What inspires me to have a great breakfast is the fact that I want to lose as much weight as I can before summer. As for what I eat, it depends on the day honestly and how I have time, but usually I eat eggs with toast, a bowl of yogurt with fruits or just a fruit alone. I have days where I skip it tho due the lack of time. Anyway, I hope it helps you.☺️
Suzanne Y.
Porridge and banana is a great one. Keeps me full until lunch. Or when I have more timee, tofu scramble and veggies like mushrooms, tomatoes and homemade baked beans!!
Zardilaque I.
I love to have blueberry bagels for breakfast. I love to eat these for breakfast because they are really healthy and really yummy. They are really healthy beacuse they have fruit in them which is blueberries. They are also made of wheat and I also add melted butter to them so I also get dairy in it too. To the side I love to drink hot tea or water.
Vita E.
I have a coffee in the morning and don't break fast until mid-day so I can do intermittent fasting. I normally have a meal that is high in healthy fats that is really awesome
Silke Z.
I normally have some tea and some bread with cheese and turkey, but for special occasions I switch to salmon and avocado. A fruit to complete and I am done 😉
Eveline J.
Preping the night before helps. Even if that is just putting the eggs and a pan by the stove to remind me what I decided to have. I generally make something I can eat later in the office if I'm doing 16:8. At the moment that's oats, seeds, nuts, frozen fruit and homemade probiotic yogurt mixed and left to soak overnight or an hour if I'm in a hurry. Alternatively I boil 6 eggs and take a bag of spinach then I have a week of breakfast ready to grab in the office fridge.
Noham U.
I usually eat for breakfast oatmeal with almonds and bananas or pears. It is the greatest way of satisfying hunger, its fresh and contain the fiber i'm looking through out the day
Estelle E.
I like to have a banana and then something else. It could be oatmeal or an English muffin. Sometimes I have a poached egg too
Michel J.
I have the same thing every day until I’m sick to the back teeth of it. This keeps your shopping simple and the bill minimal. It also makes the preparation almost a habit in itself, leaving your mind free to focus on more important matters. Once I’ve had enough of something, I change for something new that is equally as healthy and satisfying. This approach means you only have to worry about planning your breakfast once every couple of months. I am currently having oats with coconut milk topped with banana, almonds, blueberries and a teaspoonful of peanut butter.
Mark O.
I eat whatever is in the fridge usually because I don't have time to make my own food. Also, nothing really inspires me to eat food. I just do it because I have to. as a broke college student, this is all I can afford so I don't have to eat all day.
Gabriele I.
I love to make my own muesli using whole oats, nuts and seeds (whatever mixes are available in lidl!) and toast it under a grill for a while, add dried fruit to taste. I keep it in a jar and it lasts for ages in theory, but I like it so much it never lasts 🙂 the secret is in the toasting, otherwise its just like any other muesli
Wieland Q.
Omlette with a lot of ricotta cheese in it gives me good amount of protein and fat which will keep me full for a long time. And keep me away from fluctuating sugar.
Chlo Y.
I love boiled eggs, and banana with milk, oatmeal or other cereals. Eating theses things inspire me to get a great breakfast everyday!
Pedrino O.
Hi, my favourite breakfast is mostly an omelette with a toast or if I’m in a hurry at least two bananas, hope this helps! 🙂
Alo S O.
Something filling, but nothing too heavy to make me sluggish before my day starts. Avocado toast or smoothie bowls & a coffee
Ellen G.
Always have my coffee and I have a bowl of cereal with a banana on . And sometimes have a hot oatmeal. That give the energy for start my stretching exercises.
Darlene G.
I usually have have eggs and fried plantains. I recently found out I have fibroids and I love wheat but it irritates fibroids ,so I like plantain as a replacement for bread. Today I had sweet potatoes and eggs it was really delicious and healthy. I shredded the potato, lightly fried the potatoes and then cracked an egg and then put seasonings and then put it in the oven on broil for a few minutes. Super healthy super delicious. I think we sometime get stuck thinking that we have to have "traditional meals". We should strive for healthy ingredients rather than meals. Good luck on your journey of self betterment you're so worth it.
Expedita P.
I love eating eggs at breakfast. It felts good for my stomach and full for a long time. It is also a good source of protein. Sometimes I boil it and sometimes make omlette with curry powder and black pepper. Near my eggs… it depends on my mood and season. If it is summer I take sliced raw vegetables as cucumber, tomatoes, green pepper and if it is winter I eat grinded carrots with a pinch of salt and olive oil and some slices of whole-grain bread. Also I love having soup at breakfast in winter. It helps the idea of waking up, makes me get out of bed easily 🙂 I eat organic soup generally which I cooked at night before so I just heat it a bit in the morning.
Cremilda Q.
On weekdays I will eat 2 eggs, toast, bacon, and an orange. When this year started one of my new year's resolutions was to have an orange everyday. On the weekends I will have 2 eggs or pancakes, sausage, and biscuits. I always have this on the weekends because my moms home and she can cook for the family.
Louella U.
I usually have oatmeal, oat pancakes or eggs, sometimes oat cereal.
You should try the oat pancakes it’s the easiest thing to make in the world, plus contains a great value.
Jayden F.
I love rice still. But I would love to change it with simple breakfast like fruits or egg. Because rice is too heavy for breakfast
Justin S.
I am not too much of a breakfast eater… So usually some coffee with an avocado toast is perfect. Especially if it's before work because its quick.
L Rke C.
Old fashioned oats microwaved with almond milk and frozen blueberries. Once it’s hot, I mix it with ground flax seed and a little bit of honey!
Noah F.
I love eating eggs in the morning! It gives me a lot of energy to start my day! I usually eat my eggs with a banana and a smoothie. I hope I helped you with my answer and I hope you have a great rest of your day!!👍🏻
Izolita Z.
recently I’ve been eating 3 eggs, 1 kiwi fruit, and some mixed nuts for breakfast. I also love to have orange juice in the morning
Carolin J.
Hi! I'm usually eating my breakfast after exercising, so I'm feeling pretty motivated to eat a great breakfast. Sometimes, I make in the evening the day before I'm making a chia pudding over night (it's very simple and delish) or eating some bread with pastries and veggies. Hope you have a nice morning!
Edna E.
I normally have shredded wheat for breakfast, I like to have oat milk with raspberry Alpro yoghurt. I also add blueberries and bananas.
Cody S.
I usually like to have eggs for breakfast. Particularly Spanish omellet. Veggies and fruits as well as oatmeal works for me.
Suzanne Q.
Recently I have found myself eating banana and peanut butter. It requires little prep time, so it makes it easy to grab a banana and go. I now have a tub of peanut butter at work in case I don't have time to eat before I leave for work.
Jud Z.
I usually eat eggs just because i Can make a bunch of different things from them but when I’m feeling dull or im in a run I go for banana and milk chocolate smoothie it’ll fill you up until lunch time
Joann T.
It varies. I eat an energy bar, have coffee and eat a handful of almonds with dried fruit. I also like the classic bacon and eggs. I find the first breakfast gives me energy to last till lunch
Richard F.
Scrambled egg with tomatoes and basil in with smashed avocado on toast 😋 if it's a real treat I add smoked salmon too 🤤
Casimiro Q.
What I have for breakfast changes day by day. I’m very busy so sometimes it can be difficult to sit and have a full meal! Usually when I’m on the run I’ll grab an apple and some Greek yogurt, or quickly make a slice of peanut butter toast. This gives me the energy I need to make it into the afternoon feeling refreshed. However when I have time to make breakfast and sit and enjoy it, my favorite is so toast with a little bit of butter. Some turkey and some pepper jack cheese. It’s really simple to make and it is so delicious and filling.
Leroy J.
This morning I am having scrambled eggs and diced ham. My go to breakfast is 2 eggs scrambled, reduced fat feta, baby spinach, and mushrooms. Turkey if I have been working out a lot. I am spoiled rotten and my partner always makes me a healthy breakfast to help ensure I start my day right and can crush my goals.
Juanita S.
Every morning I get up ,I know my wife is stressed out about work. Soooo I cook breakfast in Hope's she'll eat. I cook eggs, toast some bread, have some greens, and some mayo left out in case she'd want to take it to go as a sandwich. The love for my wife and the love I know she has for me inspires me to make sure she has something for breakfast every day. 🙂
