One of my favorite breakfasts in the morning is avocado toast. To add some more flavor, a double drops of hot sauce and some garlic salt and lemon pepper (or regular salt and pepper) is yummy. If you’re looking for a bigger breakfast, I suggest adding a fried egg and making it a sandwich.

I don't know if this counts as mixing them together but my favorite breakfast combination is eggs and cereal. I make scrambled eggs every morning for the protein and some whole wheat cereal.

I love a banana chopped up and put into my oatmeal with apple and cinnamon (yum), then I like putting some honey on top. You can also just have Apple/banana with cinnamon and honey and that would still fill you up (yes even without the oatmeal).

Being a vegetarian, it’s important for me to get enough protein for the day. I like to get my protein powder shake as a breakfast meal which keeps me full.

I love eggs with a little sprinkle of cheese. The eggs have protein and healthy fats that give me sustained energy and keep me full until lunch!

I soak 40g of oats overnight in the fridge with 150ml milk. In the morning add which ever fruit or other things like nuts and seeds you like to the top and enjoy

Something that accommodates your morning so you can keep your habits going. When I’m in a rush, a prepared breakfast item, a bit more time-yogurt and fruit (I like vanilla yogurt with mango) and when you have more time, a nice cooked meal 😊

I like to mix fruit and nuts. I'll cut an apple the night before, or prewash grapes. Then in the morning I'll get a bowl of almonds or make peanut butter toast.

Adding some flax seeds and chia seeds to any energy now you do or smoothie , will not only give you the benefits of both ingredients but also adds a nice taste to it

I like to make smoothies. Yoghurt, a frozen banana, and some peanut butter. Maybe a little milk if it’s too thick for your liking. Nice and easy.

My go-to for the past two days has been peanut butter banana oats! I mix 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, one large banana sliced, one teaspoon/tablespoon chia seeds, and one tablespoon of natural peanut butter.

My favorite ingredients are a boiled egg, teaspoon of mayonnaise or soft butter, and salt and pepper. This tiny egg salad is all I have time for!

Blueberries, a dash of cinnamon, bananas and a dash of chia seeds. I sometimes will add a dash of turmeric. I will add these ingredients to either yogurt or oatmeal. Lastly, I love to make my own burdock root tea with agave to sweeten! Have a great day/week!

I like to cook some Bob’s Red Mill Brown Rice Farina (a hot cereal) and throw it on top of a bed of arugula with a fried egg, some shredded cheese, chopped green onions and everything but the bagel seasoning! I also will throw chili oil on it when I’m feeling fiery. You can prep it the night before so all you’re doing is cooking the egg and Farina in the morning. Breakfast in 10 mins or less and it tastes SO GOOD 😊

I usually drink a protein shake. I add peanut butter, bananas, milk, greek yogurt, spinach, and sometimes strawberries. Sometimes I’ll eat cereal and I eat Honey Nut Cheerios with strawberries.

I mostly eat oatmeal but sometimes i like to spice it up with walnuts and dried cranberries. It makes it crunchy and sweet.
