I believe that journaling is a very therapeutic way of talking about your emotions and how you feel on days you might be stressed or not in the mood to do anything. When i choose to use my journal, i start to feel more motivated to be productive and it helps me stay organised.

When I journal, I express my feelings and reprocess todays events. I write them in the dairy. Journaling relaxes me. It calms me. It is better to express your anger, but not in the violent way. To keep anger in yourself can be very tiring, so I write it in my journal. That is how I am so calm everyday!
