I am very skinny so i do not try to lose weight,in contrary, i try to gain weight. But i recommend a balanced and healthy diet. I think that eating a fruit of your liking will not only help you lise weight, but it will give you a boost of energy! But don't forget,u are beautiful just the way you are!!! Stay healthy!<3
It depends. If you are a person who likes pretty things and can afford to buy them,then i guess it's worthy. If you are a person who does not need aditional stuff and only needs the basics,then keep your money!!
