What do you eat every morning that keeps you full for longer?

Sometimes it depends on the mood, sometimes i do a mix of oatmeal with yogurt, raisins and banana in a bowl, sometimes i take two pieces of bread, toast them, and put on them butter and jelly.

homemade protein smoothies on tuesday's and thursday's. usually something with scrambled eggs (like avocado and toast) on mondays, wednesdays, and friday's
