What do you do to disconnect at night to make your home darker, cooler, and quieter?

I suffer from daily chronic migraines so being in a quiet and dark environment suits me well. I enjoy having a cup of hot tea or hot chocolate and sitting with a lot of candles lit in my living
room in my "comfy" chair while doing Biofeedback or meditation or deep breathing really relaxed me and calms me down and actually helps the pain.

You can first turn all the lights off from where you are resting, you can put the ac or the fan, close the doors, turn the tv down or any technology if they’re turned on, etc
